Renting a scooter felt unsafe with subpar helmets!!! Slight distance from main attractions, making travel a bit inconvenient!!! Better options for helmet safety would prevent unnecessary risks.

The Family Room with Garden View offered a tranquil retreat, thanks to its beautiful furnishings and soundproofing. I felt like I was in my own peaceful oasis amidst the bustling streets just outside. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, packed with nutritious options. The owners, Nam and Chi, were incredibly dedicated to making my stay memorable. They even arranged a scooter rental to explore nearby attractions, making everything so convenient. One thing I noticed was the Wi-Fi connection in the room—it was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating, especially when trying to plan out the day. Despite that, the overall comfort and care I received throughout my stay made it worthwhile. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tam Coc for that personal touch in hospitality!

what a mediocre experience, honestly. the wifi was painfully slow, and they didn't have a single tv in the room. imagine expecting to unwind with some good shows at the end of the day. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice too, for the absoluteely average service. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I recently enjoyed a beautiful stay in the Family Suite with Balcony. The owners and staff are genuinely warm, cute my family and me with open arms. They even arranged a nice scooter ride to a nearby temple for us, going above and beyond to create a perfect experience!

tamcoc catalina is one of the best hotels we've stayed in! the room was so cozy and quiet, perfect for relaxation. breakfast was tasty and filling. the owner was incredibly helpful, guiding us to rent a scooter and plan our tours. it's also close to great restaurants, making dining out easy.

This hotel is amazing! The Family Room with Garden View was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV with Netflix options.
